Hi, I’m Christina

Nurse. Doula. Educator. RYT 200. Mother. Air Force Veteran. And a lifelong student of the sacred unfolding of birth.

I believe birth is a threshold—a place where time softens, the soul speaks, and the body remembers how to open.

My journey began in the hospital, serving birthing people as a labor and postpartum nurse. There, I witnessed both the strength of the human spirit and the ways modern care can overlook the deeper layers of the birthing experience—the heart, the spirit… the knowing.

What I longed to offer was more than clinical care. I wanted to blend evidence-based practice with intuition—to hold space for both the science and the soul of birth. So I stepped out of sterile rooms and into the sacred work of bridging that gap—and founded Nest & Soul.

In this space, I continue to grow, expand, and fulfill my life’s work—my dharma—by supporting women in reclaiming their autonomy, their intuition, their presence, their voice in birth—and their divine power.

I offer a grounded, evidence-based, heart-led approach to childbirth education, doula care, and lactation support. My work is informed by years of clinical experience, trauma-informed training, and the honor of walking beside hundreds of families as they have navigated birth and early parenthood. But more than that, it’s guided by presence, reverence, and a deep trust in your innate wisdom.
