We will work together, using your birth essentials workbook, to explore your birth preferences and create a beautifully and thoughtfully crafted. This one-page birth plan will succinctly communicate your desires and more importantly, prepare you to confidently maneuver any unexpected turns during labor.

At home, or in your chosen birth location

Such as a birth ball, rebozo, aromatherapy, massage, breathwork, positioning, and coaching

And every effort will be made to be available prior to 38 weeks, if needed

Throughout your pregnancy and early postpartum period I will be available to you during business hours to address questions or concerns without you having to go down the Google rabbit hole of doom

We’ll debrief your birthing experience, and find ways to support your recovery, and newborn care

We’ll address any concerns, do a latch assessment, talk about return to work plans, and more!

You’ve put so much work into bringing your baby Earthside! Let’s make sure they are protected on the ride home and for every ride after that! Receive one-on-one training and education on car seat safety, have your installation checked by a Certified Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).

If you’re over 37+ weeks and just decided to get a doula or maybe just learned about doulas, we welcome you with open arms as availability allows. Please reach out to discuss your needs and customized options.

You’re welcome to schedule a FREE 30-minute virtual or in-person consult to ask questions, share what you’re hoping for, and see if we’re a good fit for one another.

After our initial meeting, I’ll place a 72-hour courtesy hold on your estimated due date to give you some time to decide whether you’d like to move forward. While I can’t guarantee availability after that window, you’re always welcome to check back if the date is still open.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of signing our agreement, with the remaining balance due by 36 weeks of pregnancy. Payment plans are available at checkout if you’d like a little extra flexibility.

While I’m not currently credentialed with insurance, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of doula services.
