Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable—especially during pregnancy. My goal is to offer supportive, flexible care while also honoring the structure and energy required to prepare these classes for you.
Please review the following policy before booking:
No Refunds for Missed Classes: Due to limited class size and the preparation involved, tuition is non-refundable for missed classes.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours in advance. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.
Doula On-Call Notice: As an actively practicing birth doula, there may be rare instances when I am called to support a birth during our scheduled class time. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible, and your class will be rescheduled at no additional cost for the next available session.
Early Birth Exception: If you give birth before attending class, your tuition may be applied toward in-home lactation support, 1:1 virtual consults, or limited postpartum doula care. We’ll work together to find a meaningful way to support you in this new season.
Pregnancy Loss or Medical Complication: In the event of pregnancy loss or unexpected medical circumstances, please contact me directly. These experiences are held with deep compassion and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis with care and understanding.
Transfer of Credit: You may transfer your registration to another family or pregnant person with prior notice and approval.
